This issue is now resolved. We will continue to monitor Nylas logs to ensure the exchange error rate is back to normal counts.
This issue is still active, but error volume has decreased. Please note that Microsoft also had an incident during this time which impacted exchange servers. They have rolled back their update due to this issue.
