Increased Exchange Server Errors - Degraded Performance
This issue is now resolved. We will continue to monitor Nylas logs to ensure the exchange error rate is back to normal counts.
This issue is still active, but error volume has decreased. Please note that Microsoft also had an incident during this time which impacted exchange servers. They have rolled back their update due to this issue.
The root cause has been identified and a fix is in progress. Stay tuned for further updates!
We are currently experiencing degraded performance around Pitch sending due to Exchange Server error messages from Nylas. We will share updates here as we receive them.
